that was great! I'm noticing a lot of folks incorportating castor oil into their routine which REALLY has me thinking I should give it a shot again. I've also got to get in the habbit of doing my twists that big again, save me some time...lol!
I haven't got any grey hair yet but I'm hoping for a streak when it comes :)
Great routine. It is quite similar to mine in many aspects. I don't detangle during the wash. My hair shrinks to 1 inch and tangles very easily so I keep it in the braids full time.
@KellyLex I usually wash my twists if I keep them in longer than two weeks - but I end up having to re-twist a bunch of them because they unravel.
Depending on how much product I use I co-wash them after wearing for one week - and lightly massage my scalp then rinse or just pour my tea or ACV mixture over them. Some people braid their twists to wash, but I haven't tried that yet.
Very nice video. I don't really have a routine. But use same products. Minus shampoo bars. (must get some) I want to try the twists. What do you do to finish off?

A great and informative video. I never co-wash my hair with it braided. I may try it and see how it works.
How do you wash your rope twists?
Thanks ladies :o)
